Welcome Back Neighbors! Summer has officially closed up shop and I am welcoming Fall with open arms. I spent the weekend celebrating my boyfriend's birthday with family & friends and had the best time. I've been out of town for almost 2 weeks and it was nice to close out the trip in such a special way. What do you have planned for Fall?!
