The song is about overcoming one’s anxiety and pursuing their dreams. Ashley moved out to Los Angeles at the age of 17 to pursue her dream of becoming a singer. She was part of several girl groups that fell apart. Ashley said:
Everyone deals with anxiety and feels alone, I made this song to express that we can all get through it together and that you’re not the only one.
