Eighteen-year-old Nashville-based country artist Baylee Lynn steps into 2026 with her most assertive release yet, with the unveiling of Heard That. The track lands with confidence and bite, framing the moment when clarity finally outweighs compromise. Riff-heavy and unapologetic, "Heard That" captures a young songwriter testing her edges and discovering just how loud self-worth can sound. Produced by AJ Pruis, the track pairs blazing guitar lines with vivid Americana imagery. The lyric video mirrors that spirit, offering a behind-the-scenes glimpse from a recent photoshoot showcasing Lynn’s easygoing charisma, natural presence, sharper and more rowdier than ever. Lynn had to say:

'Heard That' is such a fun song that embodies sass and confidence after a breakup. I’ll always hold it close to my heart because it was the very first song I ever wrote in Nashville. This one’s for the girls who knew their worth and walked away. Hope your exes HEARD THAT!

The single follows Lynn’s October release That’s What I’ll Be, featured on Nobody Wants This Season 2: The Soundtrack. Beyond the release, her calendar is quickly filling with an appearance tomorrow at Nashville’s 3rd & Lindsley for the Backstage Nashville! Daytime Hit Songwriters Show, followed by a 14-date tour next month alongside Timmy McKeever and Maddox Batson. After breaking out last summer with Cautiously Optimistic, which topped Billboard’s new music poll and drew comparisons to Faith Hill and the Chicks, Baylee Lynn continues to carve out her own lane.
