We’ve been patient in letting the drama reside around the release of Tha Carter V and it seems tension is now redirected to getting back in the studio. The lyrical bounce gives you the southern comfort influence in the singled entitled Ride Dat.
This go around Birdman and Juvenile have reconnected on a joint, similar to their March album release Just Another Gangster. Its only right that Lil Wayne was also enlisted for Ride Dat. This marks Birdman and Wayne’s first collaboration since they settled their lawsuit in June 2018 and Bridman apologized. For now it looks like Weezy is waiting on releasing another studio album entitled Funeral.
