Breakups can leave scars meanwhile, others leave entire planets behind. On her debut EP Planet You Forgot Me, Leyla Ebrahimi transforms the aftermath of love into a sprawling six-song experience. The New York artist moves through grief, obsession, longing, acceptance, and self-discovery with intensity. Co-produced alongside Alexander 23 and Shane Pielocik, the project constantly shifts shape between acoustic confessionals and towering climaxes. Leyla writes from intensely personal experiences, yet the songs consistently leave enough room for listeners to see themselves inside the stories. Every song swings for the emotional fences and connects more often than not, with Leyla saying:

This EP is a sonic archive of a love story. And I lived every second of it. And because none of us are terminally unique, it’s possible you lived it too. For anyone who has ever loved fiercely, and lost brutally, this is 'Planet You Forgot Me.'

The title track remains the emotional center of gravity, a six-minute meditation born during a period of uncertainty and personal reinvention thousands of miles from home. Nearby, I'm A Little Flower explodes with nervous energy, pairing fixation and hope against a whirlwind of guitars, rhythms, and sudden emotional turns. Tracks like I Know You’re The Moon and I’m Sorry Maria examine relationships from different angles, documenting moments where clarity arrives too late and emotions refuse to cooperate with logic. Recent appearances with Del Water Gap, performances at GIRL NOISE Festival, and sold-out showcases at School Night and Union Pool have established Leyla as a captivating live presence. Spend thirty minutes inside Leyla Ebrahimi’s universe on Planet You Forgot Me and follow her  on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Spotify.
