Cue the strings as the yacht pulls away from the dock. A figure in dark sunglasses boards a seaplane bound for somewhere impossibly glamorous. Monster Rally reframes the unmistakable elegance of Henry Mancini’s 1961 composition Lujon into a lush, tropical espionage vignette, entitled Flight To Capri. For Feighan, the homage runs deep. Mancini’s Pink Panther theme was an early imprint, and "Lujon" remains one of the great examples of orchestral cool. On "Flight To Capri," he honors that lineage without flattening it.

Rather than simply looping nostalgia, he builds around it, layering live instrumentation that nudges the melody into a new cinematic direction. This time guiding the sample through breezy percussion, gliding basslines, and a rhythmic pulse that suggests motion — across water, across borders, across time. The result feels like opening credits to a 1960s spy film shot on saturated film stock with suave, mysterious, and just a little decadent. The single previews Echoes Of The Emerald Sands, arriving March 27 via Flowering Jungle, marking his tenth full-length. A diverse lineup, including TV Girl, Jordana, Leisure, Mei Semones, Toledo, and others, expands his sun-drenched palette into collaborative territory.
