DeeOhGee Put Human Fingerprints Back Into Rock On "Truthin’"
Written By: Big C Photo Credit: Jon Morgan Like three fingerprints pressed into wet amplifier paint, DeeOhGee leave the human evidence all over "Truthin’". The single previews their self-titled Midtopia album with British Invasion snap, fuzz-psych haze, and the rougher bite of 2000s alternative rock. No click track corrals the trio, so their performance breathes, leans, and occasionally bares its teeth. Looseness never becomes lazy and turns chemistry into the song’s engine.
