If the subconscious could sing, it might sound like this. With his new EP Falling Around, Adam Green opens the door to another portal of his ever-expanding artistic universe. Known for bending reality across mediums, from antifolk to visual art to film, Green now returns with a poetic collection that blurs the line between waking life and mythic imagination. The title track, which was released alongside a surreal music video, distills Green’s ability to blend whimsy interpretation and melodic harmonies into a hypnotic meditation on impermanence. Green shares:
What you have here are late-night living room recordings… transmissions from a cozy wooden room, where a great time was had with friends. I wish every day sounded like this EP.

Recorded in intimate late-night sessions with longtime collaborators James Richardson, Jesse Kotansky, and Loren Humphrey, "Falling Around" features instruments like sitar and erhu, conjuring a sound both otherworldly and warmly familiar. As Green prepares to embark on his Chop Off Heads With Me European tour beginning February 3, 2026, this EP serves as the final chapter of a trilogy. Stream "Falling Around," a culmination of musical storytelling that spans dimensions, decades, and artistic disciplines now.
