Welcome back to another week of Vlogmas! This video was extremely uncomfortable to vlog but I'm trying to be more transparent with my neighbors. Currently, I am very uncomfortable with how my body looks and feels and I've been going back and forth with myself about it. So, this vlog will be all about coming up with a new program for myself to jump start my weight loss journey.
