Welcome Back Neighbors! I spent a lot of time with family this weekend and focusing on my peace of mind. I'm in a season of transition that I am embracing and allowing myself to FEEL. I'm happy to still be following my Whole30 plan with just 2 more weeks to go! Overall, January has been good to me.
