Jax Jones is officially in his maximalist bag with the release of Back In My Bed, a hyperpop-tinged club anthem featuring Belgian-Korean rising star MEYY. Known for his infectious hooks and keen ear for collaboration, Jax taps MEYY’s sugar-glazed vocals to top off a high-gloss rave-ready jam that’s as sticky as a summer night. The song is a vivid reflection of Jax’s exploratory mindset since relocating to Bangkok. He immersed himself in Southeast Asia’s underground dance scenes while drawing from childhood summers in Penang with his Malaysian-Chinese family. Reflecting on the single, MEYY says:

It’s exciting, bright, and incredibly genuine, Jax sincerely loves music. I think this playfulness is so well reflected in the song, and Y2J in general, it’s contagious.

Out now via Astralwerks, the bouncy new single showcases the energetic pulse of Jax’s global Y2J! era—a vibrant sonic revival marrying early-2000s dancefloor nostalgia with next-gen experimental flair. Produced with bubblegum bass, DDR flashbacks, and future club ambition, "Back In My Bed follows his recent collab Bad Boys and continues to build buzz around Jax’s new chapter. Enter Jax Jones’ world where rule-breaking is the rhythm and joy is always on the beat by follow him on Instagram, and TikTok, and X.
