Where is your love? Where is your faith? Where is your hope? Where is your place? Where is your pride? Moby delivers a powerful homage to the late Benjamin Zephaniah with two fresh remixes of Where Is Your Pride? Reimagined by Kilimanjaro and Airrica, the original track is a highlight from his critically acclaimed album Always Centered At Night, striking a blend of spoken word and breakbeat-driven electronica. Kilimanjaro’s version strips back the beat, amplifying Zephaniah’s words into an entrancing, tribal-like mantra, while Airrica flips the track into a club-ready banger, designed to flood dancefloors all summer long. Moby, a longtime advocate for animal rights and social justice, describes Zephaniah as a “wise and compassionate man” whose activism extended far beyond music stating:
As a vegan activist, Benjamin inspired me for many years. I hope this track honors his legacy and draws people’s attention to his life, work, and principles.

Kilimanjaro, honored to contribute to the project, reflects on the impact of both Moby and Zephaniah:
‘Play’ was one of the first electronic albums I ever heard, and it opened my eyes to what music could be. Benjamin Zephaniah has done so much for the creative scene and the Black community—it was a privilege to work with his voice.
The original video, approved by Zephaniah’s family, serves as a celebration of his life and activism, reinforcing his stance on equality, compassion, and ending speciesism. Moby continues to amplify these messages through music, film, and advocacy. His directorial debut Punk Rock Vegan Movie—a deep dive into the intersection of punk rock and animal rights—further showcases his dedication to the cause. Join Moby in celebrating the life and work of Benjamin Zephaniah by following him on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Soundcloud, YouTube, TikTok, and Bandcamp.
