Some emotions rot in silence. With that uneasy truth hovering in the air, MX LONELY reemerges with Return To Sender. This bruising new single transforms emotional indifference into something loud, physical, and impossible to ignore. The track captures the psychic toll of being met with nothing. No love, no hate, just utter absence turning into a confrontational release. What do you do when what you give is never received? That question sits at the heart of the song’s emotional logic. Vocalist and synthesist Rae Haas frames "Return To Sender" as:
'Return to Sender' is about trying to understand the other side of someone feeling indifference towards you. When this sentiment has been expressed to me in my life, it has the capability to send me into an absolute spiral - I would much rather have an unambiguous emotion, like hatred, directed towards me. It’s easier to process. This song was written off the dome, and was me trying to write from a viewpoint outside of my own head. The repeated phrase "Return to sender" that makes up the chorus was an attempt to accept this outside perspective. If you know that your side of the street is clean, others’ opinions are not your burden to carry.

Written instinctively and anchored by its looping refrain, the track becomes a form of boundary-setting—rejecting the burden of other people’s unresolved feelings and choosing to send them back untouched. The accompanying video leans into surreal tension, staging a giant egg hunt that mirrors the song's attempt to metabolize indifference without self-destruction. Built on serrated riffs and anxious momentum, it’s a moment of clarity amid chaos, delivered with MX LONELY’s signature blend of grit and vulnerability.
