When self-love becomes your rhythm, every heartbreak turns into harmony. With a voice as smooth as satin and lyrics that breathe truth into the quietest corners of the soul, Becca Hannah delivers stirring new single Empathy. Co-written with Tristan Jantz, brought to life under the warm analog glow of Jim Scott’s Plyrz Studio, and recorded with a full ensemble, the track grooves like a confession and a cleansing. As Hannah admits, she once internalized others’ expectations until she nearly disappeared inside them. But through this song, she reclaims her center saying:

Yeah, empathy could destroy me and my well being, but I won’t let it. I am reclaiming my power, identity, individuality, and honoring the evolution of my human experience... We all love, we all suffer, and how beautiful is it that we can relate to each other through songs that highlight all of the above? It brings a sense of community and acknowledgement of our humanness. It makes the ebbs of life more manageable, and the flows all the more blissful.
