Some roads don’t circle back, they glow straight ahead. Cory Wong leans into a forward pull on One Way Road. It's a glossy, ’80s-leaning pop cut which trades virtuoso flash for melodic momentum of bright synth textures, propulsive rhythm, and a chorus built to linger. Anchored by Wong’s clean, kinetic production and lifted by Yam Haus’ airy harmonies, the song hums with open-highway optimism. Speaking on his creative compass, Wong explains that collaboration is the engine:

I think anyone who’s a great producer/writer/arranger also really likes to collaborate with other people because it gives you different colors and textures to ‘paint’ with. My aim is to showcase different sides of my artistry by putting several collaborators in front of the music and having me build the world that it lives in.

Yam Haus bring an indie-pop warmth that complements Wong’s precision as not just a guitarist. "One Way Road's" buoyant, communal feel is sharpened and expansive pop, polished without losing pulse. The rollout toward Lost In The Wonder continues, arriving February 3, 2026. Following standouts like Tongue Tied, the dreamy title track, and the disco-kissed Blame It On The Moon, retro without nostalgia drag philosophy resonates within the latest single. The journey extends to the stage this spring with the Lost In The Wonder Tour. Until them stream "One Way Road" below and follow Cory Wong on FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, TIKTOK, X, and YOUTUBE.
