Jessie Ware knows sensuality can be far more interesting when everyone is invited into the fantasy. Sauna, the latest visual from Superbloom, takes the ordinary confines of an elevator and gradually turns them into a steamy playground of movement, desire, and uninhibited connection. Directed by Jordan Rossi, the video lets Ware’s confidence do the seducing as an expanding cast of dancers, artists, performers, and cultural figures gets pulled into her orbit. The slow-burning record supplies plenty of heat, while the crowded setting gives that intimacy a playful edge. It’s glamorous and provocative carrying on the freedom that has made Ware’s recent work so magnetic. With The Superbloom Tour approaching this fall, she has found another way to make pleasure feel like something worth celebrating together. Ware puts the intention plainly:

I have decided to make this summer a red hot Sauna summer! I love how this song makes people feel, it was made for dancing.

That invitation fits comfortably inside the larger world of "Superbloom," an album centered on pleasure, womanhood, intimacy, and human connection. After debuting at No. 2 on the Official UK Albums Chart, the project now heads toward its next transformation as Ware takes it from headphones to some of the largest rooms of her career. The Superbloom Tour marks her biggest global run yet and her first UK arena tour, with major stops including Radio City Music Hall, The Greek Theatre, and a hometown finale at The O2 Arena. From Automatic and Ride to I Could Get Used To This and now "Sauna," Ware keeps finding different doors into the same liberated universe. Watch as all it takes is an elevator ride for the temperature to climb. Be sure to follow Jessie Ware on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
