If joy had a sound, it would be this. Marlon Hoffstadt, the Berlin-based rave revivalist known as DJ Daddy Trance, just inked a major label deal with Capitol Records in partnership with Goodlife Management and MC3. Marking a defining moment in his meteoric rise, the announcement arrives alongside his exhilarating new double single Supersonic / Hands Up In The Sky. “Supersonic” featuring vocals by Emma Skøien, is a jet-fueled rush of synths and soul, co-produced by Morten Aamodt. Meanwhile, “Hands Up In The Sky” co-written with FREE JIMI, Xoro, and vocalist Rhys, is a full-body anthem that invites ravers into a communal, carefree release. Hoffstadt’s newest tracks take his sound even higher, signaling the next era of euphoric, genre-defying trance music.

Backed by Capitol’s powerful global engine and a visionary team, Hoffstadt is leveling up fast. Coming off his electric U.S. debut on the EDC Las Vegas main stage, Hoffstadt is set to headline Brooklyn’s Knockdown Center on May 24, continuing a world tour that blends rave nostalgia with futuristic freedom. From his sold-out Daddycation tour to a 20,000-ticket show with KI/KI this August in Belgium, he’s not just riding the wave—he’s setting it.
