Calculated chaos, fueled by fuzz. The Technicolors return with their final single, Alpha Alpha Alpha, before unleashing their highly anticipated new album Heavy Pulp on August 29. Leaning into brash energy and jagged riffs, the track jabs at narcissism with a gritty urgency that sets the stage for a record overflowing with confidence and raw sonic punch. The spirit of spontaneity and recklessness permeates “Alpha Alpha Alpha,” proving The Technicolors are unafraid to get loud, messy, and larger-than-life. Guitarist Sean Silverman explained:
We stumbled onto this wild, urgent riff in Nashville—relentless, fast, and unhinged—and built a character around it. The machismo theme, or lack thereof, gave it life. It’s one of those raw bursts that reignited the writing process and became a favorite on the record.

Produced by GRAMMY-nominated Robert Adam Stevenson and with BRONCHO’s Nathan Price on drums, the album is shaping up to be a fully-charged, no-corners-cut experience. So far, fans have been teased with singles like Posh Spice, Softcore, Gold Fang, and First Class To Nowhere featuring Madison Cunningham. Each track occupies its own sonic world, leaving listeners guessing how "Heavy Pulp" will tie it all together. To celebrate, The Technicolors will host album release shows in Los Angeles, Phoenix, and New York City with support from Jo Alice.
